Our service and aftersales teams were thrilled to receive an award for customer satisfaction recently from Kia Motors New Zealand Ltd.

The award is a significant acknowledgement for our achievements in 2016 highlighting the best result of a main Metro Dealer in Aftersales Customer Satisfaction. The results were measured based on the national customer phone survey conducted by Kia Motors New Zealand Ltd.

Matthew Foot, Dealer Principal, is immensely proud of our service and aftersales team. “It is fantastic for our hard working service and aftersales staff to be recognised. They work tirelessly to ensure our customer experience is positive.”

Kia Motors New Zealand GM Todd McDonald presented the award to Matthew Foot at a recent Kia Dealer meeting.

McDonald says “Brendan Foot Kia and their staff are fully committed to the Kia brand and customer satisfaction excellence through their ongoing Dealership activities and this has shone through in 2016 resulting in this highly recognised 2016 Customer Satisfaction Excellence award”.
