Our team is ready to service your vehicle to ensure you can drive safely and with confidence. We have experienced technicians across all makes and models of vehicles at out three sites in Lower Hutt, Trentham and Wellington City.
Service Under Warranty
Whilst any vehicle is still in the new warranty period we are bound to the manufacturer’s set servicing schedules, using only genuine parts and approved lubricants. This is to ensure the vehicles warranty remains validated and the vehicle performance is optimised.
Fixed Price Services
We carry out fixed-price-servicing under our Brendan Foot Protection Plan for all makes and models (excluding European and USA made vehicles).
Fixed-price-services can be completed on vehicles outside of new car warranty when manufacturer scheduled services are no longer required. As part of this service, you will be notified of items that need to be repaired immediately or in the future. You will also receive a copy of our detailed “traffic light” inspection form which highlights the work carried out by our service team.
During a fixed-price-service our team will replace the engine oil and filter, and carry out a 35-point safety inspection which includes:
- The interior and exterior of the vehicle, including a road test and operation of key functions
- Under the vehicle, including oil and filter, and tyres
- The brakes, including shock absorbers, suspension
- Under the hood, including fluid levels, filters and cambelt
- The battery
We will also check the vehicle registration and road user validity, before carrying out a final road test to ensure it is ready to be handed back to you.
Warrant of Fitness
Our experienced team will carry out a warrant of fitness (WOF) on your vehicle. The WOF inspection is a regular check to ensure that your vehicle meets required safety standards. It is important to renew on or before the due date to ensure your vehicle meets the required safety standards. The due date for your WOF will be on a label stuck on your windscreen.
Read the NZTA website for full details about WOF in New Zealand, including what the WOF inspection covers and lengths between WOF.
