We are fully open for business in all our showrooms, yards, parts and service departments, and are closely following the Ministry of Health guidelines for Alert Level 2. Be assured we have robust sanitising and distancing measures in place for both our staff and customers. See more information on this below.

You are more than welcome to make use of our contactless processes if you prefer, including collect and return vehicle servicing, vehicle video tours, contactless test drives, and our online vehicle purchase tool.

Safety in our dealership

The following procedures are now in place across all our business sites:

  • The Covid-Tracer QR Code is clearly on display for everyone who enters our premises.
  • Staff are working at a distance of 1 metre from each other, and any staff who are unwell will remain at home.
  • We are maintaining 2 metre distancing between staff and customers and will not be sharing pens, nor shaking hands.
  • Our premises are being regularly cleaned and sanitised, including all tools in our service departments.
  • Our technicians are wearing a fresh pair of gloves for every job.
  • All vehicle touchpoints will be sanitised before and after use.
  • From Monday 31 August, masks are compulsory for both customers and staff members when in the same vehicle together, for example when dropping off and picking up for service appointments. We ask that customers remember to bring their own mask.

Vehicle service, repairs and WOF process

Servicing, repairs and WOFs will continue as usual across all our departments, with our staff taking care to follow hygiene protocols. They will also guide you through the distancing process on arrival.

You are able to wait for your vehicle to be repaired, as long as a 2 metre distance from others is maintained in our customer lounge. We are unable to provide tea, coffee or magazines and newspapers at this time.

We will be washing the outside of vehicles and sanitising interior touchpoints, however interior grooming is not possible.

Collect & Return servicing

We are able to collect your vehicle from you, have it serviced or given a WOF check, and returned to you. Our staff will of course be following hygiene protocols.

Please note that in the case of increased demand we will be reserving this service for those in compromised health situations and others who really need it. Spaces may be limited but we will do our best to accommodate all bookings. To book a Collect & Return service, please phone our Customer Service team on 04 568 1160.

Take a video tour

If there’s a car you’re interested in, we are able to take you on a personalised video tour of it. It’s really easy. You tell us which car you’d like to see – new or used – and let us know if there are any particular features you’d like to know more about (for example, the dashboard layout, how the seats fold down, even the sound of the engine) and one of our salespeople will record a video tour just for you. We’ll then email you the link to watch in your own time and share with others. Find out more.

Safe and contactless test drives

We are able to provide contactless test drives for you from the dealership or from your home. Simply book your test drive online and choose your location. A salesperson will be in touch by email to arrange the paperwork and timing, and then the vehicle will be ready for you at the agreed time and place. All contact surfaces and keys will be sanitised before and after you drive the vehicle.

The trade-in process continues as normal with our salespeople able to appraise your trade-in vehicle either at the dealership or at your home, depending on what suits you. Our salespeople will be following hygiene protocols and will sanitise vehicle touchpoints prior to and after appraising it.

Buying process

We can easily handle vehicle purchases in a safe way with minimal contact – or no contact if you prefer. Our Business Managers can take care of all paperwork by email, and payments can be made by phone or internet banking. They can also help you arrange finance if need be. We can deliver your vehicle to you in a safe way, either at the dealership or to your home. Buy used cars online

You are able to buy any of our used vehicles entirely online by using our online vehicle purchase tool. Start by choosing the used vehicle you are interested in and clicking the Reserve button.
